Antonio Di Paolo and Amado Alarcón, members of the research team of the project "Language & Occupations", participated as consultants in the work sessions of the ÈLIA project, which focuses on the study of the learning needs of the Catalan among adult people. These working sessions were organised by the General Directorate of Language Policy, within the Department of Culture at the Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalan Government) to consult experts on language and sociolinguistics to advise on the acquisition of Catalan among adult people. The sessions were carried out on May 16th (attended by Antonio Di Paolo) and 24th (attended by Amado Alarcón), respectively.
