This article takes as a target to exhibit the new conditions objetivas of functioning of the economic system that have imposed a new model of management of the human resources: the management for competences. This model is a consequence of the new forms of competing, different from the prices, based in the differentiation of the product, the mark, the quality, the innovation and the technology.
