Abstract

This article takes as a target to exhibit the new conditions objetivas of functioning of the economic system that have imposed a new model of management of the human resources: the management for competences. This model is a consequence of the new forms of competing, different from the prices, based in the differentiation of the product, the mark, the quality, the innovation and the technology. New forms that they have supposed for the factor I work a demand of acting rapidly, one continues demand of profit in quality and productiveness, and of availability; requirements endorsed and legitimized by a speech that does of the flexibility an absolute imperative, and that there has made bring in crisis the classic model of production and organization taylorista-fordista.
