Professor Dr. Amado Alarcón has presented the research project "Language & Occupations" in the North American University of Texas-El Paso (UTEP). His conference focused on introducing not only the aims scope and approach of the research project, but opened questions to be debated within members of the educational community. Thus, his presentation was offered to professors, researchers and students working on the field of Language, Sociolinguistics and Communciation. Dr. Amado Alarcón offered this presentation as a visiting scholar.
This was a second opportunity to present and disseminate the research project with professors from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), because a previous meeting occured in Tokio (Japan) between Amado Alarcón and members of this educational community .
