Competitividad, Competencias y Fin del Ciclo Fordista

This article shows how competence-based management has cast doubt on the value of academic qualifications to predict labour development. This phenomenon is due to the emergence of new management criteria which are built upon the structural and organisational transformations that capitalism has experienced last decades. Those transformations are meant to be a fundamental turn from tasks management to results and competencies management.
